The Company’s founder and lead consultant, Julie Wright, established Wright Care Home Solutions in March 2006 after identifying a gap in the market for care and nursing home support.

Initially Julie was the sole care consultant and used her 29 years experience in the industry to identify and deliver solutions.  Within 12 months two further consultants were employed, one a former Nursing Home Manager and the other a former CSCI Inspector.

By March 2008 the company had expanded further employing in total, four consultants, an administrator, office junior and a Business Development Manager. The team is deployed at strategic points throughout the UK.

WCHS is a thriving business that has care, not profit at its core.  The business’s success benefits charities as 1% of profits are donated to Action on Elder Abuse.
