Investor's Success for Wright Care
Wright Care is happy to announce that we have been recognised as an Investor In People.
The team, led by Nicola Janney (Business Development Manager), worked through an Action Plan and scrutinised our ways of working, for assessment in October 2009.
The whole team was interviewed to establish; how involved we are in decision-making and strategy development, how we are recognised and rewarded for success, how our learning and development needs are met, and how much of an effective leader and role model Julie Wright is.
Highlights from the report were;
